Direct accountability
Denise remains the single accountable lead for research framing, evidence review, analysis and final delivery.

Led by Denise Tian
Denise Tian is a CIM-certified marketing professional with more than a decade of B2B experience across mainland China and Hong Kong. She combines client-side leadership and professional-services experience to turn China-grounded research into decision-ready work.
Her background spans both the client and professional-service sides of B2B work. That perspective helps her understand how international corporate and advisory teams define requirements, evaluate evidence, manage stakeholders and expect complex projects to be communicated and delivered.
Before establishing her independent practice, Denise built more than a decade of B2B marketing and client-delivery experience across mainland China and Hong Kong. Her background spans senior in-house leadership and professional-services roles, including leading a 20-plus-person international marketing team and coordinating complex international work from brief through delivery. This combination gives her a practical understanding of how corporate and advisory teams define requirements, evaluate evidence, align stakeholders and turn findings into action.
Working principles
Denise remains the single accountable lead for research framing, evidence review, analysis and final delivery.
Chinese-language sources, official records and local business context are examined alongside international information to reduce blind spots.
Engagements can support a direct client decision or sit discreetly inside an overseas advisory team's broader work.
AI may accelerate discovery, extraction, comparison and quality review. It does not replace source checking, analytical judgement or accountability for the conclusion.
Client information is used only for the agreed work. Public examples are anonymised and minimised to protect commercial context and client confidentiality.
Working method
Important claims are checked against original sources where available. Facts, company statements, analytical assessment and unresolved gaps remain distinct.
Clarify what the client needs to decide, not only what information has been requested.
Use Chinese official records, company disclosures, industry sources, paid databases and other relevant materials.
Separate verified facts, company claims, analytical assessment and uncertainty.
Deliver a structured workbook, decision-ready report, comparison or practical next step.
